View, then request.
The dashboard shows the PLC's status word, the risk index, the stop code and the alarm list. Start and stop are requests that pass through the gateway; the PLC decides. Remote start works only with the key switch at REMOTE.
Alarms with a lifecycle.
Alarms follow ISA-18.2: each has a priority and moves through unacknowledged, acknowledged and cleared. Normal states stay grey, so the one amber or red line on screen is the one that matters.
Behind real sign-in.
The employee view is meant to sit behind Cloudflare Access with Viewer, Operator and Administrator roles. If the dashboard, the network or the internet drops, the line is unaffected; only the view is lost.
