What the camera cannot see.
Gas, temperature, vibration and motor current describe the cell when nobody is in frame.
Field instrumentation
Four signals beside the belt.
Gas concentration, ambient temperature, vibration and motor current each describe a hazard that a camera cannot capture. Field sensors are wired into the cell; temperature and humidity arrive over RS485.
The traces above are illustrative. Real readings come from the built cell.
Fused, not alarmed one by one.
No single reading trips the line. Each feeds the risk index on the Jetson, alongside what the camera sees. One noisy sensor does not cause a nuisance stop, and several moderate readings together are not ignored.
Thresholds come last.
The yellow-light, buzzer and stop thresholds (40, 70 and 85) are placeholders. They are set during calibration on the built cell, against measured readings, not guessed in advance.
